Evaluation

(E): Similar to a combine set up, athletes will be tested on their sprint time, vertical jump, broad jump, shuttle run, 3 cone drill, & total max pull-ups / push-ups completed. This not only helps the coach determine an athletes current fitness level but It also helps us keep track of their progress over time. We recommend doing an evaluation approximately every few months. Please speak with a staff member for scheduling an evaluation after a purchase is made.

Linear Speed

(LS): TDA’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques. Here we teach our athletes how to reach their maximum speed in the shortest amount of distance or time possible by teaching proper body placement, arm action, and quick step reaction drills. The sole purpose of this technique is to get faster.

 

Change Of Direction

(COD): Here we focus on agility, and the ability to accelerate, decelerate, and re-accelerate in any direction quickly without losing speed. Athletes over time will not only be more explosive, have better footwork mechanics, and better eye coordination, but they will obtain the knowledge of how to properly execute such movements safely, which can reduce or prevent future injury.

Strength

(S): Our strength program is designed to improve strength and endurance. Here our athletes will learn a variety of training techniques such as calisthenics, isometrics, plyometrics, resistance, and weight lifting. We focus on muscle building, proper form, breathing, mobility and how to properly spot each other correctly.

Total Strength & Conditioning

(TSC): Our class has an intense focus on specific strength, conditioning and compound training techniques. The training is unmatched in its intensity. It utilizes advanced training methodologies such as cardio, H.I.I.T., Functional Fitness, Resistance, cross training, injury prevention, and other tools to help athletes reach new heights of athletic performance physically and mentally.

 

Team Training

(TT): Team training is great for coaches and athletes with specific goals related to their team and sport. We create an environment where teammates learn, bond, and motivate each other. Not only will they become better athletes physically and mentally, but throughout the training process we find that many of our teams build stronger relationships between one another which usually results to more wins.

 

Personal & Small Group Training

(PT): This class is designed for an individual athletes personal development, specifically to help them achieve their desired results. Private training is encouraged if you have injuries, specific goals, or need to learn how to properly use gym equipment or formulate workouts.

Small group training (2-6 clients sharing a session) is a smart way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a group of 2-6 people. Your workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own.
